Common questions
What is 10DLC?
10 digit long code. It is the system US carriers use to register businesses that send application-to-person texts from regular phone numbers. Unregistered traffic is often filtered or blocked.
What words must stop texts?
Common opt-out words are STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. Your provider usually handles these automatically, but you must honor them in every system you text from.
